There are also a bunch of other settings the mod adds, like an attraction system. The best part is: this mod is completely customisable! You can turn off periods if you don't want them, or change how they work in game. The box can be placed in your sim's room decoratively, but must be in their inventory and opened if you want them to automatically use them when needed. It also comes with a physical box of pads or tampons (or both!) that you can find in build/buy or buy on the computer.
The mod has a fertility system, so your menstrual cycle actually affects whether or not your sim can become pregnant at any given moment, providing you with the optimal time to try for a baby or woohoo without risk with the Period Tracker.
This mod is far better than SOL in my opinion in how it handles periods, despite the fact it was made by a man. You can't adjust the weight or frequency of anything, so you either have to put up with it or take it out completely.įor periods I suggest Wonderful Whims.
Sure it's modular, but that means it's an all or nothing thing. I agree about Slice of Life's lack of customisation.
